• Name, display name, username, date of birth, age range, email address, phone number, and login credentials.
• Profile details such as bio, sports interests, skill level, city, team affiliations, and participation history.

Exact location information

If you grant location permission, we may collect exact GPS location data from your device to power nearby court, field, venue, game, and community discovery features, improve local recommendations, and help support check-ins or location-based participation features.

Ballin' Grounds is a community-based sports platform, so some information may be visible to other users depending on your profile, settings, role, and activity. Direct messages, team spaces, or group features are intended for the people included in those areas. Please only share content you are comfortable sharing in that context.

Ballin' Grounds is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly allow children under 13 to create accounts or provide personal information through the Services. If we become aware that personal information has been collected from a child under 13, we may take steps to delete that information and disable the related account.

We intend to provide a simple in-app account deletion experience. You may request deletion of your account directly in the app, and you may also contact support@ballingrounds.com for help.

1. Deleting your account is intended to be straightforward and should not require an unnecessarily long process.
2. When your deletion request is processed, we may delete or anonymize profile and account information associated with your account.
3. Some limited data may be retained where needed for safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or preserving event, standings, or competition records.
