4. Acceptable Use

Examples of prohibited conduct

• Posting abusive, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, or fraudulent content.
• Creating fake accounts, manipulating stats, or falsely representing your identity, team, or venue.
• Using Ballin' Grounds to solicit, scam, or mislead users.
• Uploading content that infringes another person’s rights or privacy.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, disrupt, or bypass platform protections.

5. User Content and Platform License

You retain ownership of the content you create or upload to Ballin' Grounds, including photos, videos, comments, captions, team content, event content, and profile information.

By posting or uploading content, you grant Ballin' Grounds a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, display, distribute, and use that content as needed to operate, improve, promote, and provide the service.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to share the content you upload.

6. Teams, Events, Venues, and Organizer Tools

• Organizers, venues, and team admins are responsible for the accuracy of the information they post.
• Ballin' Grounds may help users discover or organize activities, but we do not guarantee attendance, player conduct, venue quality, or event outcomes.
• Users are responsible for reviewing event details, locations, timing, costs, and rules before participating.
• We may remove or limit listings, events, posts, or organizer access that create risk, confusion, or violations of these terms.

7. Rankings, Stats, Standings, and Community Features

Ballin' Grounds may display community information such as participation history, rankings, RP, badges, standings, wins, losses, player stats, team records, and similar performance indicators.

These features may rely on user input, organizer input, automated systems, or evolving platform logic, so they may not always be complete or error-free.

8. Sports Participation and Assumption of Risk

Ballin' Grounds is a technology platform and is not a medical provider, coach, referee, venue operator for every listing, or insurer of user safety. Participation in sports, travel to sports activities, check-ins, and in-person meetups carries inherent risks, including injury, illness, property damage, or other harm.

You are solely responsible for deciding whether to participate in any activity, evaluating your physical readiness, and taking appropriate precautions.

9. Payments and Future Paid Features

Some features may later include payments, registrations, subscriptions, listing fees, tournament entry fees, or promoted placements. If paid features are introduced, additional terms, pricing details, refund rules, or partner processor terms may apply.

10. Intellectual Property

Ballin' Grounds, including its name, logo, branding, design elements, software, text, graphics, and service features, is owned by Ballin' Grounds or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as allowed by us in writing, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit the service or its materials.

11. Termination

We may suspend, limit, or terminate access to Ballin' Grounds at any time if we believe a user has violated these terms, created risk, harmed the community, or used the platform unlawfully.

You may stop using the platform at any time and may request account deletion through the in-app process or by contacting support.

12. Disclaimers
